Cancellation & Rescheduling Policies

At Hair by Sonny ATX, we understand that schedules can change. To accommodate all clients effectively, we require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This courtesy allows us to offer your slot to another client. Please be aware that cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of your appointment may incur a cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged between 50% to 100% of the scheduled service cost. These policies help us maintain a high standard of service for everyone.

Late Arrival Policy
