• Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee

• No-shows may be charged 50–100% of the scheduled service

For extended services, color corrections, or transformation experiences:

• A non-refundable deposit may be required

• Deposits are forfeited for late cancellations or no-shows

This policy allows me to honor the time, preparation, and care that go into each appointment.
